By having the Chromebooks we will be able to set up stations for experiments and information centers for the students to be able to work on MS-PS1-2 and MS-PSI-5, and other science standards. Due to covid-19 restrictions, we are not able to have as many hands on experiments in the classroom but by using digital programs the students will be able to perform, document and prove experiments and their hypotheses. With the Chromebooks and headphones, I can set up stations with different languages for those students to be able to work with confidence using their own languages as well. The pandemic has proven to many educators these students are lacking and they need help and scaffolds. This donation that I am looking for has the ability to reach multiple populations, provide more stations and help to bring science to life since most of the 7th Graders have not been in a classroom since 4th.
