I run an after school LEGO Robotics program for two elementary schools and one middle school. For the past two years, we have used iPads to code our robots. We had an amazing mentor this year who was telling us about the difference between using iPads for the programming and Chromebooks, which give it much more functionality.
As the coordinator, I want my students to be able to make the most of their LEGO Robotics experience. By having them use Chromebooks instead of iPads, they will expland their use of sensors and in turn be able to make more sophisticated programs for their robots to carry out their missions.
