The materials I have chosen will assist my students in learning in an excited and engaging way. My students can listen to music, play educational games to reinforce what I am teaching them in the classroom and give them visual and auditory stimulation to assist in committing the learning goals to memory.
Since most of my students have learning struggles and short attention spans, these tools will give them a variety of ways to capture their attention, but produce the stimulation to continue learning difficult material. The students can use the rug to see the letters and numbers that they have difficulty with, and they can use the devices to do assignments through Flocabulary and other sites for learning with teacher assigned activities and for enjoyment.
