The students at my school enjoy creating fun and exciting new art projects. Having a variety of art supplies will introduce them to mediums they might not get a chance to explore otherwise. The students can engage in creative play with different types of art paper, brushes, watercolor pencils, color sticks, tempera paint sticks, and acrylic markers. Most of the art projects we make tend to be messy, so I am also requesting some cleaning supplies to clean the tables, paint palettes, and brushes. The supplies will address these specific art standards: VA:Cr1.K.1, VA:Cr1.1.1, VA:Cr1.2.2, VA:Cr2.3.1, VA:Cr2.4.1, and VA:Cr2.5.1.
