The articles my students write, the pictures my students take, the videos, commercials, and podcasts my students create all have real world applications. They are using school as a way to broaden their horizons, learn new information, and share this information with their school and community. The materials we are asking for will help my students publish their projects and share information to the community. Having an extra camcorder and case will allow multiple groups to shoot their video at one time. By having an additional mac computer students can use garage band and final cut pro to edit their videos and create podcasts. These programs are standard with Mac computers. Having an additional Mac computer lets multiple groups edit their videos or record their podcasts at the same time and completing the work in a timely manner.
