Our class has made books on Charles Darwin and Pea Plants, Planets in our solar system, they have changed the ending to novels we have read in class and they have asked to do more so that they can share their creations with others.
Our class makes multiple "children's books" to take down to the elementary school nearby, which allows our middle school students to buddy up with a younger reader. By being able to bind their books, the books will be able to hold up longer and allow students to show more pride in their creation. It will allow students to show their knowledge on grade level curriculum while working on reading and writing skills.
