The Chromebooks will be used daily by the students in all academic areas. They will be used independently and in small groups.
The Chromebooks will be used to promote literacy development in individuals and small groups through assessment and planned web learning activities. Students will also generate and compose sentences, a paragraph and narratives as they learn to apply their foundational literacy skills to writing.
They will be able to build mathematical and scientific understanding as well as create projects that help them connect themselves to the world around them. Even more valuable, they will be learning how to use technology to help not only themselves in an academic setting but will learn skills they will utilize for the rest of their lives in a social setting.
