We are excited to inspire and motivate our students by creating a new and innovative learning space for the 21st century mind! We are seeking to create a newly made-over library with flexible seating options, a Maker Space and motivating study spaces. As we move into a new age of learning , our students want to be provided the opportunities to read, imagine, build, explore and discover new experiences.
Given the right environment every student can flourish. Many academic studies show how our physical environment can affect our mood and the way we think. I am seeking to replace our old and broken down library furniture , keeping in mind the needs of our 21st century learners. Flexible seating options are key in our project so students can pick the most productive space for them to study, read or do research. Ample space for a creative Maker Space where students can work on science projects, innovate with Legos and even code with robots are only a few of the opportunities we seek to provide our students with.
