Many students come to my class hot and dehydrated from P.E., and several minutes of classtime are wasted allowing students enough time to rehydrate before class. Furthermore, since our passing period is only 3 minutes long, students must often choose between using the restroom or getting a quick drink at the water fountain. As many people know, the average student doesn't drink enough water, so naturally, I would like to encourage them to rehydrate properly. However, my students must leave the classroom to refill water bottles at the water fountain down the hall frequently while they miss important classroom time. This water cooler will help me keep my students hydrated without even needing to leave the classroom.
