I have selected a wide variety of books to read to my students and to have them explore on their own. I am creating a classroom of readers and having access to a wide variety of books. Having such a variety is key in helping reach all interests and readers. Books can transport us to another place and kindergarteners are constantly seeking something new to learn. This project will help my kindergarteners become readers and help them gain a love of reading. Kindergarten is where everything begins and is such a crucial time to help spark the interest in becoming readers.

About my class
