We will be introducing mathematical tasks in our classroom this year. Peter Liljedahl's "Building Thinking Classrooms in Mathematics" aims to develop students' critical thinking skills. We will use vertical whiteboards to kickstart this process and the school year. Additionally, my students will be encouraged to stand instead of sitting while working on math tasks to promote collaboration and improve critical thinking abilities.
