According to a study completed by researchers affiliated with fatherly.com, the average elementary school student is distracted more than 1/4 of the time in the classroom.
As a way to combat distractability, I would like to have my upcoming classes of first graders (approximately 18 students per class), sit at more simple table-type desks, where toys and tools cannot be hidden as distractions to access throughout the day.
Instead, they will each have their seat (standard or flexible) at a single student-sized table. I will have groups of twos and threes with storage shelves in between where they will be able to keep their tools until needed. This way, they will only have out at their 'desk' the tools they need at the time; nothing extra distracting them from staying focused, learning new skills, and completing tasks.
The requested twenty Adjustable Height Laptop Desktop Table Stands will be perfect!
