My students desperately need these resources due to the fact that most of them are up to two years behind their assigned grade level. This is related to the schools being closed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We are a Title I-funded school and many of these students lacked the resources and family support to successfully attend school virtually. They will be so excited to use these new tools to learn to read. My kindergarteners will play the games to learn letter names and letter sounds. My first graders will start to understand cvc words. They will all have opportunities to play the games to help with their fluency and sight words. My kids will learn that reading is fun and enjoyable. They get frustrated so easily. I just want to do anything I can to help them feel more confident in their abilities. Please consider donating.
