I am requesting resources for my English Language Learners to learn American History while learning English. I have ELL students this year that need resources in social studies. Picture books are a learning tool to help English Language Learners to learn through pictures. They can analyze the pictures to get context clues and practice reading the English language. Spanish to English Children's Dictionary with pictures would help my Spanish speaking students learn the language and help me communicate with them. Finally, the citizenship flashcards would help all my students prepare for the Arizona Civic test all students must pass. All of my students have the desire and drive to learn. I am so proud of how hard they try and work in my classroom.
