With the use of the microphone, students will be able to share their thoughts on their podcast. They will talk about their readerly lives where they share about the books they have read, why they have read them, the importance to love reading and interview others about the love of reading. They will also share about their writerly lives by talking about the stories that they wrote and request feedback from each other as well as from their listeners. Through this process, students will collaborate with their peers to plan their podcasts, engage their audience through this form of communication, increase critical thinking skills, and build confidence as their public skills increase in this outlet of creativity.
