The most prevalent pieces of technology in education today are the smart boards. These are wonderful, but for the students that struggle to focus are still struggling to focus even with these boards. The Wonder Workshop can help keep the students more focused because they will be able to see, touch, and hear these robots. They will also be able to improve literacy skills and fail forward and reinforce design thinking principles. Students learn to attack failure from several different angles and learn not to give up when the going gets tough. This happens because the final step ends with evolution and loops back to the beginning. The students will learn the literacy elements to coding, they will learn to problem solve, and they will be able to do it in a fun and creative way!
