With these new materials, my students will be able to express their love of books and learning by being able to not only write about what their books mean to them, but to actually draw it out!
The highlighters will allow my students to highlight texts so they can see the importance of certain words and lines in any given texts. It will also allow them to dive deeper into books and to annotate text. The color pencils will allow for my students to have a creative outlet for the students whose strong point may be drawing instead of writing.
