This book has so many important lessons to teach. The beauty of this book is the kids are so immersed in the story that they do not even realize they are learning! This book will allow students to step inside the world of Auggie and see how he sees life. Through writing activities and play acting my students will soar to new levels. My students are at an age where they are just starting to fit into society. Will they be kind members of society or judgmental? I choose kind. There are so many valuable life lessons in this book!!!

About my class
