With an iPad and OSMO Educational Learning Kit in our classroom, learning possibilities are endless. My students will have access to endless educational apps including Starfall, PBSkids, Salish Animal Field Guide, NASA Kids, and so much more. Students will be able to use manipulatives and learn through hands on, age appropriate games with the OSMO learning kit.
My students are special for many reasons including their personal backgrounds. There is a significant Native American population in my classroom as we are based on an Indian Reservation. I intend to use this iPad to supplement my teaching of Native Language and culture as it is a critical component to their learning needs.
