My students LOVE to come to school and are highly motivated to do all things school! Our district is in a high poverty neighborhood but with a strong sense of community. I have been teaching here for 17 years and it is wonderful to have so many siblings come through the classes. Our school has a high teacher retention rate which unusual in a high poverty district and the credit goes to the strong leadership at our school. We believe that relationships amongst teachers, staff, administration, students, and parents make a difference.
