Do you remember walking into your classroom and all you could see were rows of desks and hard plastic chairs? It wasn't very inviting, was it? I want my students to walk into their new classroom after summer break and be excited to learn new things. I want them to be proud of the classroom that they will call home for the next 9 months! Having flexible seating in the classroom is both exciting and beneficial. It will give the students the opportunity to choose where to sit that best fits their needs. I believe that flexible seating equals success in the classroom and I want to provide my students with the best chance for success in first grade.
