Creating an opportunity where ENL students are read to at home will increase the background knowledge that they bring to school and will help students be more confident when sharing ideas at school. Students will gain stronger conversational skills with this confidence. Students will continue to learn about the world through nonfiction books at home. Students will continue to learn how story's go and their structure by paying attention to the characters at the beginning middle and end. This listening library will help students acquire English and support them at home that will transfer to higher success in school. Thank you for your support as we help build a strong community and a stronger world.
