The storage cabinets would be used by my students to store their extra school supplies that they are not currently using. This will help them to stay organized and be prepared for learning in my classroom. Learning to be organized will help eliminate the messy work space and desk distractions that hinder my student's learning, which would increase student success in my classroom.
Giving my students the opportunity to learn the importance of being organized would also help my students transition from elementary school to middle school where staying organized will help them have better success during their future years in school and beyond.
