These tools will allow my students to choose seating that fits their learning and physical needs. They will also support collaborative learning and empower students to take ownership of their own learning! Some kids love to stand while others like to have options to wiggle and move! With the high demands of classrooms today students need to be able to take ownership of their needs! Flexible seating will support this goal. Fresh literature is relevant to what our kids are interested in today. New books are written with characters and stories relevant to the kids we are teaching today! High interest equals more reading! Choice is so important when it comes to getting kids excited about reading!
