This machine will be so useful in my classroom and will be a hit with the students! The Cricut and the materials associated will allow them to explore their creativity in design.
Many of the students have expressed an interest in design however due to the nature of the program, are not offered a traditional art class.
With this machine, they will be able to show off their creativity by designing their own t-shirts. In addition, the students will use it to give back to their school by designing and creating invitations for parent-nights, open-houses, and graduation. They will be encouraged to use it to help customize the classroom with decorations that inspire them all the while being aligned with the standards reflected for an art credit.
