Wildflowers are often believed to grow all of their own, but in reality many environmental factors go into their existence. My third graders prove to be no different. I will bring the brightness of the shine, and the nourishment of water. My students will bring their background and heart to create their unique colors, but we need you to bring the glow to the grow!
My students and I will bring the grow, if you promise to bring the glow! Flexible seating and fidget bands will ensure that the kinetic needs of each and every student will be met. Students will be given the opportunity to thrive in a setting where they feel most comfortable.
Storage containers, labels, and organization will help me, as a teacher, keep all work and documents organized as well as hold my students accountable for ensuring all work and supplies are placed nice and neat.
Lastly, decorations like tee pees and tinsel will show my students that my room is way more than just a classroom. From the moment they walk in, they will know that it is a space for work and wonder. They will see it a a place to explore, and find support.
