These materials will give each and every student the opportunity to choose how they complete their art projects in the best way to express themselves. Art is a chance to learn about one another and gain a better understanding of what others are feeling.
Making these connections with one another not only gives them confidence, but strengthens the school community and positive environment.
For example some of the materials will be used for a self portrait project. This project will give the students an opportunity to show their classmates not what the see everyday, but behind their physical appearance and how they feel about themselves on the inside.
