This convention will give me the opportunity to be around other world language teachers from around the country and work with them during sessions. I am in my 7th year of teaching and haven't had the opportunity to have any professional development since I started my career in education. Professional development is important to every teacher. I am confident that professional development will broaden my horizons and introduce me to new ideas and methods of teaching the language I have so much passion for. For example, there are many new computer programs, books, and methods I could enforce in my classroom.

About my class
