By providing books that are focused and highlighted around our school's central theme: One Giant Leap for All, it creates a community of learners that can share knowledge, insight, and vision into their future.
Students that never had an interest in some content areas will have exposure to topics and ideas they never knew existed.
Combining all content areas through a classroom library encourages and emphasizes that all knowledge is power and all content areas are equally important. Providing an array of Science and Math picture books develops the love of these areas through literacy, while still encouraging life long readers.
