Support Ms. Rusich's classroom with a gift that fosters learning.
Imagine twenty excited and energetic first graders in a classroom all day... they need a way to release their energy! The flexible seating options that I have picked out allows limited movement while sitting down and working. Students could be practicing their sight words, counting by 10's to 100, and bouncing on an exercise ball all at the same time!
Flexible seating allows students to have a voice and choose where they feel most comfortable sitting. Maybe a chair fidget band helps them focus while determining a key detail in a text! Kids spend a majority of their day at school. There is no reason we can't make the classroom a little more fun while they are working hard learning!
This project also helps fund new headphones for my classroom so each student can have their own! This will limit distractions so students wont have to hear each other's computers. There are also materials that will be used during our daily math & reading centers that will make the day run a lot more smoothly! You can never have enough organizational bins and book containers.
