My students are creative, dedicated, and inspired to learn and explore their orchestra instruments. Many of the incoming students wanted to learn cello, but either couldn't afford the larger instrument, or couldn't transport the instrument to and from school.
With this new cello, my students will be able to learn cello simply by having it at school for their use during music lessons. My students love hearing when I play my cello during rehearsal. They ask to play it, and I let them for as much as they can handle. But they need a student-size cello to learn and grow with.
My students already have shown an astonishing interest in playing the cello. This cello will only help enrich their experiences with the orchestra.
