The adapted seating and tools will help provide a calm and mindful environmental space for students whom encounter trauma, diversity, and learning differences on a frequent basis.
These tools will be detrimental in allowing students more options to take ownership over their education, they will allow students independence and control, and will be the additional tools some students may need in order "regroup" or to engage themselves in a learning mindset.
The bean bags will serve as adapted seating choices and will allow students to be comfortable and those with sensory needs an option to regulate.

The preferred floor option, rug, provides a soft plush tactile texture, and also provides another preferred seating or learning option for those students whom are opposed to traditional seating options.
The sensory toys, magnets, and plasma globe will provide positive sensory stimulation for students whom may need to provide sensory input in a less distracting way. These can also help improve concentration and attention to tasks by allowing the brain to filter out the extra sensory information.
