The students at Spry loooooove art and I love sharing art with them. One of the major issues I face when demonstrating different techniques is lack of visibility. My art room is small, so its impossible to teach things like shading, mixing colors weaving and hand building to the entire group at once.
Sometimes I'm teaching up to 31 students at a time so gathering around one table is not an option. I want the students to continue making incredible artworks filled with skill and meaning, but I need to be able to reach them all. I believe using an Elmo projector will make learning the different techniques and process accessible to all my students.
