These wobble seats, exercise balls, and portable lap desks will make a difference by helping students be more engaged and excited to learn. Kids hate having to sit still in uncomfortable seats for 7 hours all day. These are seats they will want to use to sit and work. Kids learn better when they are comfortable and excited, and kids these days need something fun to look forward to instead of school being dull and stiff. Even adults work better when they are comfortable. The lap desks will allow them to grab one and move wherever they want in the room. The wobble seats and exercise balls will allow them to sit at a desk but in a more enjoyable way. Flexible seating helps them get away from distractions, get in their work zone, and take ownership of where they work best. Kids will want to be focused to work because they will want to be able to use these special seats. I have personally seen my kids be more excited just by letting them grab a clipboard and move around the room. A lot of the kids at my school have lots of energy, too, so these chairs are designed to better meet their needs to get that fidget energy out, but still stay focused on their work. That is exactly what my kids need. The chairs at our school are so old, they actually keep on breaking in the middle of the class, so the kids hate sitting on them. They prefer to sit on the rug or floor instead of the hard, old, broken chairs. These will definitely help students to be more excited to work, be comfortable, and be more ready to learn.
