A horseshoe table is something I have been dreaming about for my kindergarten kiddos. Access to a horseshoe table will provide me with easy arms length access to each child and their learning! Whether it be listening in to each student during a guided reading lesson, seeing close up samples of each student during math, or just simply redirecting distracted learners, this table will be at the heart of the classroom.
In the past, I have struggled with using square or round shaped tables in my classroom for small group activities. Since my classroom is full of young learners, the ability to have a teacher close by is not only great for the teacher, but the learner as well!
