Every Friday, students will be reading their weekly Scholastic issue and have access to varying science and social studies topics throughout the year. They will be also provided with games and engaging activities from the magazine that go with their selected topic each week.
My students are very much interested in learning cool science facts and they love reading. They will benefit greatly from reading different articles every week and from getting exposed to extended activities from the magazine. Especially students who speak English as a second language will have enough visuals and videos for support and up-to-date, interesting topics each week will keep them engaged in learning. It will prepare all my students to become 21st-century problem solvers!
