For my first year or teaching, I want to offer my students flexibility in as many areas as possible. One of the easiest ways is to incorporate flexible seating. After sitting in hard desks for too long, my students can become disengaged in the lesson and miss out on crucial content. Students love anything that is colorful, bounces, and is comfy. This is where flexible seating comes in! This allows children an alternative to hard, plastic desk chairs that can be tiring to sit in. Flexible seating allows students to stay focused, remain engaged and adds a lot of fun to even the most ordinary lessons!
