My students come from low income homes and have no access to any type of technology. At my school, our technology is old and never works like it should. My students are missing the opportunity to explore and engage in learning through technology. I want to take them out of their little bubble and show them the world. There are many internet websites that will help not only further their reading but also their Math, Science, etc. For instance, during Daily 5, my students will be able to listen to books online on Go Epic. This will benefit all my ESL students with helping them expand their vocabulary while using visuals. During my math centers, the students will be able to work on Splash Math to help assist them with their Math skills.
