I will finally have a small group table to use when teaching small reading or math groups, and finally, we will have shelves to hold our math and other educational materials without the materials constantly falling on the floor and being stepped on!
With my new easel in my tiny classroom, not only will I be able to model reading, writing and math lessons on my the whiteboard, but I can use the back for pocket chart centers during Reader's Workshop. I can also put chart paper on the easel for writing lessons. Finally, the board is magnetic making it ideal for using magnetic letters to develop reading and phonics skills.
