My goal for this project is to make learning fun! Many of our entering Kindergarteners come to school not knowing any letters or letter sounds. Students need lots of opportunities to practice what they have learned. Using Phonemic Awareness, Phonics, Word Recognition, and Vocabulary games will help them stay on track to be successful readers. Learning needs to be fun and engaging to get their attention. These literacy skill games will help my students practice what they have learned during reading group in a fun and meaningful way! My students will daily be able to learn and have fun at the same time. Students that have a great attitude about learning will learn more.
By donating to this project, you will allow students to play these learning games to gain confidence and practice showing what they know! We need more resources to make learning fun! Our goal is to get students excited about reading and about learning in order to become better readers.
