Students with special needs often need extra supports to stay focused and achieve success both academically and socially. One way to support student success is by allowing for flexible seating options. Where do you learn best? On the couch, floor, in a beanbag, or in a chair at a desk.
Remember that our students, just like us, learn best in different ways.
By allowing for students to have these options, we can decrease the occurrence of disruptions and/or escalated behaviors during the school day. This will increase student success during academic and social learning times. Please help support these wonderful students.
