Online learning programs are catered to the students’ needs. I am able to target the exact concept and assign online lessons that provide interactive, guided tutoring for the children. Online learning programs are essential to academic growth. Unfortunately, many of my students do not have access to these programs at home, causing them to fall behind peers that have the access to these educational tools. With this ǿմý, I plan to have “Chromebook Club” after school where students are able to access this technology and get targeted instruction in a fun, “game like” way, adapt to the ever-changing technological world, and have meaningful, differentiated station work.
