I want to build an after school club for kids to join. My students are in a Title I school where most of the time they go home to an empty house. I want to build a safe space for kids to develop critical thinking skill and be able to have fun while doing it. I picked games that most of my students wouldn't get a chance to play. Games that are more complex and involved than Uno or Memory. These games will help develop math and critical thinking skill as well as help them socially and emotionally. How to be a good friend and how to lose gracefully.
