The Scholastic magazines will be used to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. As we begin school, I want to ensure I provide my students with a variety of texts. Scholastic magazines provide extensive topics that will engage my learners. Students love nonfiction text. Having relatable text can engage learners in a profound way. Having students engage in diverse reading opportunities can foster reading development. With the scholastic subscription, I plan to organize comprehension builders to connect to the text. My goal this year is to continue to provide the diverse reading opportunities for my students.
