Right now I do not have any seating for my students in our reading center for group read alouds or a carpet for our calendar math area. Getting these materials would allow my students with special needs to be able to participate in a comfortable work environment while they are listening to read alouds, doing calendar math, working on floor puzzles, etc. throughout the school day. Having adequate and comfortable seating for my students is very important because some of them have physical disabilities and I believe that these materials will enhance their educational learning positively while they’re at school.
