We all know that with COVID19 shut downs, quarantines, and learning restraints, our students have missed some vital parts of the professional world that are necessary to their success in the workplace in their futures. Most professional endeavors will require that employees have a resume', portfolio, bid, proposal, or some other form of professional communication that is not only grammatically correct, but that is also published and printed in a way that is appeasing to the eye, and appealing to the consuming party. In our small town, our school is limited on resources for these things. Even though our school does have a work room, we are limited on students being able to be hands-on with their publishing and printing. By funding this project, I could give my junior high English students a space to ensure that their essays, arguments, proposals, projects and more and printed and organized professionally as they train to make this a habit for their future business practices.

About my class
