In my kindergarten class, we build a variety of life skills. Many of these skills start out small, like cutting a circle or standing in a straight line. As students master these skills, they begin learning how to be problem solvers and cooperate with others, how the world around them works, as well as how to read, write, add, and subtract! To enhance the learning experience of each of these skill sets, I am asking for your help in providing my class with a set of tablets. There are so many research based programs and apps that provide exposure to knowledge about our world and ways to practice the content we are learning, and it is my responsibility as their teacher to give them appropriate and engaging access to this experience. Additionally, tablets will build 21st technology skills that are essential to the lifestyles and careers of tomorrow. Thank you for helping out in whatever way you can.
