I would like to encourage reading and grow a love for reading throughout the year! This project will give books to groups of students throughout the year to read and share about important books. These are enjoyable books for 5th grade students that will help foster a love of reading. I hope to use these books as novel studies throughout the year for different groups to read on their own and share. I hope to use these books as novel studies for my students to read on their own in small groups (5-6) they would read and then present a final project on each book, and then student groups would switch books and do the same throughout the year.
