As a second year teacher, my classroom library is not the biggest. Although I have a variety of fiction texts, I do not have many nonfiction books in the room. I would love to expand my classroom library and add new nonfiction text for the students to enjoy. These books will allow students to learn more about historical people, events, and places around the world. These texts are written in a way that will allow my students to comprehend and enjoy. At this age, our goal is for students to read to learn and they can successfully accomplish this with these books!
