Flexible seating arrangements allow students to pick and choose where they want to learn. It provides a classroom that encourages collaboration and inspires the students to take control of their learning. The students will be allowed to pick where they want to sit allowing them to choose where they think they will do their best. The school I teach at is a Title 1 school, with students who have diverse learning needs and flexible seating can help many of these students stay on task. From wobble seats, to balance ball seats students are motivated and excited to learn because they feel they belong to a community.
